Inside expanding pneumatic tube clutch for ball crusher
SH model pneumatic actuated clutch is inside expanding, after inputting air pressure, element tube hugs drum, so as to transmission power from rotary joint to flywheel, when exhausting air pressure, the rubber tube separated with drum, then clutch released.
To select right clutch or brake size, should figure out R.P.M of using machine and H.P (Horse Power) including Safety Factor (Table 1). Then, first find out the R.P.M and nearest value to the H.P from the above guide. Finally, choose the clutch or brake size of the top pf column. For example: in case of 400 H.P (including safety factor) x 500 R.P.M., find out 405H.P in 500 R.P.M line, then choose SH-22 size of the top of the column.
